SCOTUS is expected to hear an appeal campaign finance Montana

The u.s. Supreme Court is expected to cross over into the debate over the hot-key for corporate cash in politics again, just in time for the 2012 election.

The American conservative tradition partnership announced plans Thursday to appeal a Supreme Court decision that upheld the State of Montana which prohibits the company from spending to directly endorse or oppose candidates.

Citizens United decision support said they expect a high court legal Strike fast down Montana. The Court may issue a reversal of the decision of the Court of summary of Montana without hearing arguments on the case.
